Well, here we are Week 6 of my Cooking Light Diet challenge. Although I didn’t hit my goal weight of lbs. Here are the five biggest takeaways from my experience. Cooking really is cathartic. This isn’t something I’ve put out in the universe that often, but I suffer from depression. It sucks. And I found that, when I was at that low point, cooking these meals truly helped. It gave me a sense of purpose. It made me feel like I was accomplishing something.
